Do I have to come with my hair washed before I have extensions applied?
In order to receive the advertised prices you must arrive with your hair washed and blow dried. However, we do offer shampoo services at an additional cost.

What type of hair should I bring for my extensions?
You must bring (2) bags of 100% human hair unless instructed otherwise. We also carry virgin hair products at our salon for your convenience.

On which days can I make an appointment?
Appointments are taken Tuesday - Friday. Saturdays are walk-in only days.

What if I am unable to make my appointment?
If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to do this a ($10) service fee will be added to your next appointment. After 3 missed appointments, we reserve the right to deny you any further appointments.
